Legal
Privacy policy.
Short and straight: what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
Who the data controller is
FizioFlex, Dugoselska 12, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, company ID 51799797568. For any question about personal data, write to mmfizioflex@gmail.com or call +385 95 386 8768.
What data we collect and why
Contact form: your name, email, phone number and the content of your message. We use them solely to reply to you and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
Messages from the form reach us by email through the Resend service (an email delivery provider). The data is not used for marketing and we do not sell it to anyone.
Phone, WhatsApp and email: if you contact us directly, we use your details only to communicate about appointments and services.
Technical logs: the site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard security logs (for example your IP address) that are necessary to run and protect the site.
Cookies and visitor measurement
This site sets no cookies and does not track you across the internet. There are no advertising or marketing scripts.
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without browser fingerprinting, and does not follow an individual over time or across other sites. We see only aggregate data: how many visits there were, which pages are viewed, which country visitors came from and which link they arrived through.
Because no cookies are set and no data that could identify you is processed, this measurement does not require your consent.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry messages for as long as the conversation lasts and a reasonable period afterwards, at most two years, unless regulations require longer.
Your rights
At any time you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict processing and to object
Send your request to mmfizioflex@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
This site sets no cookies, so there is no consent that would need changing.
